Arrests
On April 13, deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kenneth Milton McMillan, 33, of Atlantic, on charges of possession of controlled substance schedule IV/V. McMillan was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
On April 13, deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Elliott Lavon Green, 34, of Atlantic, on charges of possession of controlled substance schedule IV/V. Green was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
On April 14, deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyle Lynn Wilson, 30, of Hancock, on charges of violation of probation. Wilson was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
On April 14, deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brenda Nichole Leah Kinzie, 41, of Council Bluffs, on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kinzie was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
On April 14, deputies from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas Lee Curtis of Griswold, on charges of possession of marijuana, and two counts of possession of controlled substance. Curtis was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
