WINTHROP – The Winthrop C&C club organized a Trunk or Treat on Madison Street on October 26.
Several businesses, 4H clubs, and other organization were handing out treats. Dragon Express food truck from Waterloo was serving as well.
The Winthrop Historical Society was open for self-guided tours and had a craft table on the first floor.
